THE MAIN HOUSE ROOF TOP DECK
Take the elevator to the top floor and then climb one flight of stairs. You have a spectacular panoramic view of the city and the expansive Fairmount Park.

BICYCLE ROOM
There is storage, for bikes only, on the first floor at 825 North 29th Street (The Main House). Please note that you must have a permanent bike tag on your bike. These tags are available from CAMCO Management Company. Bring your own lock.

TRASH
825 N. 29th Street and 838 N. Newkirk Street trash bins are located under the stairs through the double green doors. Anything large should be placed in the dumpster located in the parking lot of 870 N. 28th Street (The Brewery House). Your gate opener will open the gate and give you access to this dumpster. There are garbage chutes at 870 N. 28th Street and 825 N. 29th Street for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Kitty litter does NOT go down trash chutes successfully. It damages costly compactor motors, gears, etc.
2. We re-cycle. It is the law, and it saves us money to do so.
3. If you have a dog, please pick up after your pet, and use the bins and/or dumpster.
4. Take advantage of the dumpster and keep our trash areas clean.

PARKING
Our parking lots are available to all Brewery residents. We do not use the numbering system at the present time. Just remember the 4th of July is a really huge affair in Philadelphia and specifically in our neighborhood, you may find parking difficult. It is a good night not to move your car.
