Please be reminded of the following procedures:

Move-ins and move-outs are limited to weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. This will minimize inconvenience to other residents.

You need to notify us at least three (3) days prior to a move-in or move-out so maintenance can pad the elevators. This applies to all Units other than those on the first floor.

Someone must be designated to monitor the front door at the Main House at all times during a move-in or move-out for security purposes.

Investor Owners are also reminded of the following requirements:

A copy of the new lease must be forwarded to CAMCO within ten (10) days of its execution.

You are responsible for collecting and forwarding the $75 move-out and $75 move-in fees to The Brewery c/o CAMCO management 511 West Chester Pike, Havertown, PA 19083-4598

The Executive Board has asked us to remind all Unit owners about the importance of obtaining keys and gate openers from tenants who are vacating your Unit(s). We certainly do not wish those who no longer reside in the community to have access to our buildings and parking lots.

Please contact the CAMCO office prior to any change of occupancy to verify the number of keys that your tenants have purchased so you can be sure to get them all back.

Effective immediately, the costs for obtaining replacement keys will be as follows:
-1st replacement key: $50 Subsequent keys: $100 each. These costs apply to all Unit Owners and residents. Gate openers may still be purchased for $50.
